CoinRadar is a mobile application developed by Vast Flow LLP that provides AI-powered coin identification, Sheldon Scale grading (1-70), and real-time market pricing for numismatic purposes. The app allows users to photograph coins and receive instant recognition, grading estimates, and valuation information.

CoinRadar supports US coins, World coins, and Ancient coins. The app uses the industry-standard Sheldon Scale (1-70) for grading, ranging from Poor (P-1) to Perfect Mint State (MS-70).

3. User Accounts and Collections

CoinRadar allows you to create an account to save your coin collections and scan history. You may register using:

• Sign in with Apple - Use your Apple ID for quick and secure authentication
• Sign in with Google - Use your Google account for quick and secure authentication

By using these third-party authentication services, you also agree to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide

4. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CoinRadar for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute CoinRadar for commercial purposes
• Use the application to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Modify or create derivative works based on the application
• Use automated systems to scan coins in bulk for commercial purposes
• Attempt to circumvent any usage limitations or access controls

5. Third-Party Data and Services

CoinRadar integrates with third-party services to provide pricing data and coin information. By using CoinRadar, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms of these third-party services:

• PCGS - For coin pricing and grading reference data
• Cloud AI services - For coin recognition
• Marketplace links (eBay, Heritage Auctions, APMEX) - For buying opportunities

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

6. Pricing and Subscriptions

CoinRadar may offer both free and premium features. Premium features may be available through:

• One-time purchases
• Recurring subscriptions (weekly, monthly, or annual)
• In-app purchases

All payments are processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription renewals are automatic unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Coin identification is performed by AI and may contain errors
• Sheldon Scale grading is an estimate and not equivalent to professional grading services like PCGS or NGC
• Pricing data is sourced from third-party sources and may not reflect actual sale prices
• Market values fluctuate and estimates may become outdated quickly
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of any identification, grading, or pricing information

Always verify coin details and condition independently before making significant buying or selling decisions. For valuable coins, we strongly recommend using professional grading services such as PCGS or NGC.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our data handling practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal information.

10. Intellectual Property

CoinRadar and all its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vast Flow LLP and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Coin images and related content displayed in the app may be subject to various copyrights and are used for identification purposes only.

11. Apple and Google Play Requirements

For users who download CoinRadar from the Apple App Store:

• You agree to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
• Apple is not responsible for the application or its content
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support

For users who download from Google Play, Google's terms and policies also apply.

12. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use CoinRadar to:

• Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Facilitate counterfeiting or fraud related to coins

13. Updates and Modifications

We may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of CoinRadar after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We also reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any features of the application at our discretion.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to CoinRadar immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, your right to use the application will cease immediately.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vast Flow LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use CoinRadar
• Reliance on coin identifications, grading estimates, or valuations
• Unauthorized access to your data or collections
• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the application
• Third-party content or services
• Buying or selling decisions made based on app data

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vast Flow LLP from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of CoinRadar or violation of these Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Vast Flow LLP is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
